The Nitty Gritty Ride your custom wave from sketch to doorstep.
How Customs Work You bring the idea (or just the vibe). I’ll handle the rest—from first sketch to final seal. Pick your Ride Set the Vibe Paint Session Ready to get rolling? Start by filling out the Custom Order Form with your item details, inspiration, color ideas, and overall vibe. This helps me understand exactly what you’re looking for before we get started. Not sure on every detail yet? That’s okay—clear direction helps, but vibes are welcome too. Once your form is submitted, I’ll review your ideas, references, and notes to make sure we’re on the same wavelength. From there, I sketch, plan, and map out your custom design before any paint hits the surface. You can choose to review the design before painting or go the full surprise route—totally your call. Either way, this step is all about balance, flow, and locking in the look. Once the design direction is set, it’s officially go time. This is where everything comes to life. Your piece is painted by hand in my studio using a mix of airbrushing, hand detailing, and custom-built tools made specifically for your design. Ship It Out Once the painting is finished, each piece gets a protective seal to preserve the artwork, add durability, and give it some waterproof magic. This helps your custom stay protected and one-of-a-kind. Seal The Deal When everything’s finished, your custom gets packed up and shipped your way. Tracking info is sent as soon as it’s on the move. Pricing & Shipping Know the cost, catch the wave, and get it shipped—here’s the lowdown. How Much do Customs Cost? Every piece is hand-painted with care and intention, so the price depends mostly on the design. More detail = more time = more epicness. Where Do You Ship? And What’s The Cost? U.S. : Free shipping with tracking—so you always know when your custom wave is arriving. International: Shipping is available with tracking, but any customs fees or extra charges are on you. Do you require a deposit—and why? Yep! A deposit is required for all Custom Designs. (Studio Stash pieces are paid in full up front.) The deposit covers the cost of supplies plus a design fee—because every custom starts with intentional, original artwork. The design fee is non-refundable, and once supplies are ordered, the remaining portion of the deposit becomes non-refundable as well. This protects the time, materials, and creative work that go into every piece. All designs remain my intellectual property—I don’t create designs for others to paint. Can I Send My Own Shoes? Yes! As long as they’re new and unworn. Don’t have shoes? No problem — I can order them for you and fold the cost into your custom. How Long Will It Take To get my Customs? Customs are made in the order they roll in. Typical turnaround is 6–8 weeks, depending on studio projects. Need it by a specific date? Shoot me a message—extra fees apply. Can I Rush my Order? No skipping the line — When timelines are tight, I offer an Overtime option. This means I dedicate time outside of my normal studio hours to move your order along faster. Overtime is available for an additional fee and depends on current workload.
