Custom Orders: 6–8 weeks (after full payment is received)

 

Ready-to-Ship Items: 5–7 business days

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Shipping Carriers

 

 

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or other major carriers. Tracking information will be provided once shipped.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

 

 

Syd Thompson Customs is not responsible for packages marked as delivered. Customers must contact the carrier directly to file claims.

Incorrect Addresses

 

 

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees to resend.
