Custom Orders

 

 

All custom and personalized items are final sale.

 


  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Full payments are non-refundable once painting has begun.
  • No returns or exchanges are permitted on custom items.


Ready-to-Ship Items

 

 

 

Returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery if:

 


  • The item is unworn and unused.
  • The item is returned in original condition.
  • The customer covers return shipping costs.

Damaged Items

 

 

Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.

 

Approved claims may be eligible for repair or replacement at our discretion.
